Up On All Four Wheels!

You may recall that The Other Day, I Put the Car Up On Two Wheels. Tonight, I put the front wheels on. For the first time in over 20 years, the frame now sits on all four wheels.

Since the main purpose is to get the rolling chassis to the body shop for them to finish painting, it does not need brakes, engine, transmission, etc. But needed assembled rotors(ie, bead blasted, and with bearings re-installed), and enough steering gear to allow them to steer the car around the shop.

Before I take it to the shop, I will wash it, and give you a tour. But for now, I was pretty happy reaching this milestone. At the end of the video, I give an inadvertent demonstration of the front air bag system.
